Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-026 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT KNOWN AS RIVER CROSSING SECOND <br /> ADDTION <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. Anoka County properly applied for Final Plat approval of the following described <br /> propertylocated in the City of Ramsey: <br /> Lots 1-2, Block 1 RIVER CROSSING ADDITION <br /> -Or upon recording- <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Lot 1, Block 2, and Outlots A and B, RIVER CROSSING SECOND <br /> ADDITION <br /> (the `Subject Property'); <br /> 2. The City Council reviewed the Final Plat on January 25, 2022. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat known as RIVER <br /> CROSSING SECOND ADDTION in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the <br /> followingconditions: <br /> a) Final Plat subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br /> b) Subject to review and approval by the City Engineer <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br />
