Funds may be used for expenses to households, medical providers, or others that <br /> incurred medical costs due to the pandemic, including: <br /> *' Unreimbursed expenses for medical care °' Emergency medical response expenses <br /> for COV|D'19 testing or treatment, such V Treatment of long-term symptoms oreffects <br /> as uncompensated care costs for ofCOV/D-19 <br /> medical providers orout-of-pocketcosts <br /> for individuals <br /> Paid family and medical leave for public <br /> employees to enable compliance with <br /> COV|D'19 public health precautions <br /> " l3ehavioral health care,such as mental health treatment,substance use treatment,and other <br /> behavioral health services.Treasury recognizes that the pandernic has broadly impacted Americans' <br /> behavioral health and recipients can provide these services to the general public to respond. <br /> Enumerated eligible uses include: <br /> ~/ Prevention, outpatient treatment, ~/ Support for equitable access toreduce <br /> inpatient treatment, crisis care, disparities in access to high-quality <br /> diversion programs, outreach Lo treatment <br /> individuals not yet engaged in V Peer support groups, costs for residence in <br /> treatment, harm reduction 8^long-term supportive housing or recovery housing, and <br /> recovery support the 98Q National Suicide Prevention Lifeline <br /> Enhanced behavioral health services in or other hotline services <br /> schools / Expansion of access toevidence-based <br /> / Services for pregnant women orinfants services for opioid use disorder prevention, <br /> born with neonatal abstinence treatment, harm reduction, and recovery <br /> syndrome `' Behavioral health facilities &equipment <br /> ' <br /> " Preventing and responding tm violence.
