Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Councilmember Howell aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Mayor Kuzma aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.07: Adopt Ordinance #22-11 to Allow Taprooms, Breweries, Microbreweries, and <br />Brewpubs <br />Deputy City Administrator/ Community Dev. Director Hagen reviewed the staff report and <br />recommendation to adopt the ordinance to allow taprooms, breweries, microbreweries, and <br />brewpubs with the addition of suggested changes from past discussions. <br />Motion by Councilmember Woestehoff, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to waive the Charter <br />requirement to read the ordinance aloud and adopt Ordinance #22-11 to Allow Taprooms, <br />Breweries, Microbreweries, and Brewpubs. <br />Further discussion: <br />Mayor Kuzma stated he was excited about this. Councilmember Musgrove thanked the Staff for <br />providing definition for terms to help with clarification. <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br />Councilmember Heineman aye <br />Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Councilmember Howell aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Mayor Kuzma aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.08: Adopt Ordinance #22-14 An Amendment to Section 34 Of the Ramsey City Code to <br />Enforcement of Public Health, Adding Two New Provisions Thereto Regarding to the <br />Protection of Individual Choices of Medical Treatments <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report <br />Councilmember Woestehoff asked City Attorney Knaak how it would affect a fire fighter or police <br />officer if they were to administer medical treatments such as an EpiPen or other medical procedure <br />that might fit under this definition to a Staff member against their will, if that would qualify as a <br />violation of this. <br />City Council / February 22, 2022 <br />Page 19 of 34 <br />
