ORDINANCE NO. 22-13 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENTS FOR DRAINAGE AND UILITY <br />PURPOSES ON LOTS 11 & 12, BLOCK 6 BARTHELS RUM RIVER ACRES 2ND <br />ADDITION <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />All existing drainage and utility easements on Lots 11 & 12, Block 6 Barthels Rum River Acres <br />2nd Addition are hereby vacated, to -wit. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter <br />Section 5.04 contingent upon: <br />1.
