From: Bridget Gessner <br />To: Ramsey Planning <br />Subject: Proposed Pact High School <br />Date: Wednesday, February 23, 2022 1:52:09 PM <br />To Whom it May Concern, <br />I am writing about the idea of Pact High School being built on the corner of 161 st & <br />Variolite. <br />I have numerous concerns, traffic, roads, noise and taxes. <br />We live across from Central Park and cannot imagine any more traffic and noise than what <br />already exists along this route. This side of town seems to be what is left of 2 acre lots and the <br />bit of rural area that is left. Is there a better place closer to the COR that would be more <br />suitable? <br />Thanks <br />The Gessners <br />
