I <br />have been a resident of the Sweetbay development for about nine years <br />and the city of Ramsey for nearly 25 years and have enjoyed the country <br />feel in a suburban area. It has been a safe place our our children to grow <br />up and play with no major concerns. <br />I feel that the addition of the PACT Charter school and stadium would <br />change all of that. The increased traffic and concerns for the environment <br />top my list. Adding an additional access road to Variolite and to 161st <br />could create an environment deemed unsafe for our children, especially <br />being so close to a public park that is regularly used throughout the year. <br />The increased traffic when in turn impose additional wear on the Variolite <br />roadway that we fought to fix in the first place. Not only will the wildlife be <br />affected but I have concern that the waste water run off will increase <br />creating a flood concern for my home. Butted up along the wetland on <br />163rd Ave, we have seen times where the water is at the edge of our <br />
