Chairperson Bauer aye <br />Motion Carried. <br />Senior Planner Anderson clarified that the Planning Commission provided a recommendation of <br />denial of the Home Occupation Permit, but the recommendation including adding two conditions <br />to the permit as discussed, should the City Council choose to approve the permit. <br />Commissioner Walker commented that even though the Commission recommended denial of the <br />permit, he personally would like for the business owner and neighbors to try to work something <br />out. <br />
