Fax: 763.427.5543 <br /> www.cityoframsey.com <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> PROJECT 22-103: RICES RUM RIVER ACRES <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br /> Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, <br /> Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Minor Plat to combine two (2) parcels <br /> into one (one is currently vacant, one has a home on it) and an Easement Vacation to vacate a <br /> portion of a drainage and utility easement on the property generally known as 5280 161 St Ave <br /> NW and legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 11 & 12, Block 6, Barthels Rum River Acres 2nd Addition, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota <br /> This proposal does not result in any additional new, buildable lots. It is combining an existing, <br /> vacant lot with an existing residential lot with a home on it. All interested persons are invited to <br /> attend and comment on the proposed requests. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans <br /> with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative <br /> form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Nicole <br /> Laubach at 763-433-9824 by noon on Monday, February 14, 2022. <br /> Those that are able to attend meetings remotely should do so to maintain appropriate social <br /> distancing standards.
