AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br /> City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> All existing drainage and utility easements on Lots 11 & 12, Block 6 Barthels Rum River Acres <br /> 2nd Addition are hereby vacated, to-wit. <br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective thirty(30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter <br /> Section 5.04 contingent upon: <br /> 1.
