I <br /> have been a resident of the Sweetbay development for about nine years <br /> and the city of Ramsey for nearly 25 years and have enjoyed the country <br /> feel in a suburban area. It has been a safe place our our children to grow <br /> up and play with no major concerns. <br /> feel that the addition of the PACT Charter school and stadium would <br /> change all of that. The increased traffic and concerns for the environment <br /> top my list. Adding an additional access road to Variolite and to 161 st <br /> could create an environment deemed unsafe for our children, especially <br /> being so close to a public park that is regularly used throughout the year. <br /> The increased traffic when in turn impose additional wear on the Variolite <br /> roadway that we fought to fix in the first place. Not only will the wildlife be <br /> affected but I have concern that the waste water run off will increase <br /> creating a flood concern for my home.
