While we are in support of PACT <br /> Charter Schools expansion, as a household in the surrounding neighborhood, we have some <br /> considerable concerns regarding the location of the proposed project: <br /> Notice to Surrounding Residents: Article II, Division 2, Section 117.49 (e) requires notification of <br /> residents wholly or partially within 350 feet of the proposed amendment. While I applaud your <br /> efforts to expand that requirement to 700 feet, the expansion does not notify anyone east of <br /> Variolite Street. This is extremely concerning as a majority of the population within this area is <br /> concentrated in the neighborhoods of Sweet Bay Ridge and The Woodlands.
