Too much traffic and current roads are in <br /> adequate to facilitate a school of this size." <br /> 2. Anonymous <br /> "I feel like the safety of the residents should be assured before you rezone. What is PACT going <br /> to do to mitigate the impact of this school on the adjoining neighborhood." <br /> 3. Anonymous <br /> "Already a problem with speed on 161St. Traffic control—Armstrong and Variolite. Who's <br /> paying for infrastructure? Sewer, water, roads. Will property owners lose land to widen roads? <br /> Compensation (arrow pointing to owners). Noise, noise, noise. Destruction of a rural <br /> neighborhood. Increase in traffic. Will we have access to details like location of driveways, etc, <br /> before this is a done deal? I am totally against the idea!" <br /> 5. Bryce <br /> "I live in the neighborhood off Variolite and I really do not like the idea of a school going in at <br /> this location. The extra traffic of cars and buses bring an extra burden to the roads and <br /> neighborhood. Not to mention the beautiful area/lot that would be destroyed and wildlife <br /> chased out. I am NOT against the school, but I am against the location. There are so many other <br /> places it could go. Anywhere by the COR off Sunwood between Armstrong and Ramsey Blvd for <br /> starters.
