Chairperson Bauer aye <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Senior Planner Anderson clarified that the Planning Commission provided a recommendation of <br /> denial of the Home Occupation Permit, but the recommendation including adding two conditions <br /> to the permit as discussed, should the City Council choose to approve the permit. <br /> Commissioner Walker commented that even though the Commission recommended denial of the <br /> permit, he personally would like for the business owner and neighbors to try to work something <br /> out. <br />
