CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kuzma called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:22 p.m. <br /> 2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> 2.01: Discussion Regarding the Process to fill the Pending City Administrator Vacancy <br /> Administrative Services Director Lasher presented the proposal to fill the pending City <br /> Administrator vacancy after the submittal and Council acceptance of City Administrator Ulrich's <br /> letter of retirement at the last meeting. She stated City Administrator Ulrich's last day will be May <br /> 6, 2022. She stated in her experience, most cities outsource recruitment for a City Administrator, <br /> which is her recommendation, contrary to prior statements she had made. She stated that she is <br /> really busy at this time with HR and City Clerk duties including recruitment for eight positions, <br /> redistricting, and elections.
