CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kuzma called the Special City Council Work Session to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> 2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> 2.01: Discuss COR and Highway 10 Planning/Vision <br /> Planning Commissioner Chair Bauer stated that the Planning Commission requested this joint <br /> meeting to ensure that everyone is on the same page as opportunity arises. He stated that there are <br /> frequent requests that come forward with changes to the zoning. He stated that clarity is needed <br /> to ensure whether everyone wants to continue to follow the plan, or whether changes should be <br /> made to the zoning.
