THE CITY ;ADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE <br /> EVALUATION <br /> WHEREAS, a one year,*360 degree performance evaluation was completed for the City <br /> Administrator for March 17, 2008 .March 17, 2009, and ; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br /> Administrator's performance is closed session on May 26, 2009; aftd . <br /> WHE E.AS,it'was the consensus of the City Council that Mr. Uln.ch's performance was <br /> s ati sfactory; and - <br /> WHEREAS, the-City Council desires-to amend Mr. Ulrich's Employment Agreement to <br /> include 19 days'of vacation'annually and a standard step increase which will result in an annual <br /> salary of$127,209, effective March 17,200916 <br /> NOW THEREF ORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL'off` THE CITY'OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA.
