MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> City Administrator Ulrich announced the first ever Community Holiday Lights Contest has begun. <br /> Details can be found online, registrations are open until December 3, 2021, and judging will be <br /> done a couple of weeks after that. He noted the locations will be published on a map for viewing <br /> and voting. He announced that the Coffee with a Cop event is Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at <br /> Elmcrest Park. This is a chance for members of the community to meet with one of the police <br /> officers in the morning. A tree lighting ceremony is scheduled for next Tuesday, November 30, <br /> 2021, at 5:00 p.m. The Mayor and City Council will be in attendance for the lighting of the new <br /> tree and Santa is also scheduled to make an appearance. He stated beverages and cookies will be <br /> provided by the Lions,decorations are being donated by Green Valley Greenhouse and the Ramsey <br /> Garden Club. <br /> City Administrator Ulrich announced that City Hall is closed this Thursday and Friday in honor of <br /> the Thanksgiving holiday. The next regular meeting will be Tuesday, December 14, 2021. He <br /> reported a work session occurred before this meeting and will reconvene immediately following. <br /> Mayor Kuzma wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. <br /> 9.
