The City has an Emergency Management Plan. <br /> Water Utility and Partner Roles <br /> Name/Title Emergency Response Responsibilities <br /> Role <br /> Matt Kohner Fire Chief/ Emergency Responsible for all incident response activities, including <br /> Management Coordinator developing strategies and tactics and ordering and releasing <br /> resources. <br /> Carey Schiferli Alternate Emergency Perform duties as assigned by ER Lead; assumes duties listed <br /> Response Lead above when ER Lead is not available. <br /> Jeff Katers Chief of Police/Security Will provide incident security as needed once notified by ER <br /> Lead. <br /> 1.2 Incident Command System (ICS) Roles <br /> The City has an Emergency Management Plan which outlines all of these roles. <br /> 1.3 Communication <br /> Communication during an incident is critical to relay information to employees, response partners and critical customers <br /> about potential risks to health, infrastructure, and the environment. <br /> 1.3.1 Internal Communication <br /> List all utility emergency response team members, their response role, title and contact information. <br /> See Appendix A <br /> 1.3.2 External Response Partner Communication <br /> List all external response partners, their response role or position as well as contact information. <br /> See Appendix A <br />
