Commissioner Walker commented that the map shows a three-sided private fence and asked why <br /> that would not be four sided. <br /> Senior Planner McGuire Brigl commented that is what was proposed by the applicant. <br /> Mr. Danh replied that the intention is to make that private for security. He noted that the adjacent <br /> property already has a fence along that fourth property line. <br /> Commissioner Gengler asked if the business is being relocated or whether this would be an <br /> additional location. <br /> Mr. Danh replied that this would be an additional location. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Peters, seconded by Commissioner VanScoy,to close the public hearing. <br /> Motion Carried.
