Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #21-346 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING OUTLOT C OF RIVERSTONE DEVELOPMENT <br /> WHEREAS the Riverstone development has preliminary and final plat approvals for all <br /> of Riverstone, including Additions 1 — 5 (inclusive); and <br /> WHEREAS they have requested the City accept the deed, and take ownership of the <br /> following parcel: <br /> Outlot C. Riverstone, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS Outlot C, Riverstone is Pearson Park; and <br /> WHEREAS acceptance of the deed of the outlot means the City will own said property, <br /> Outlot C. which has maintenance spelled out in a separate maintenance agreement ("Park <br /> Maintenance Agreement Riverstone"). <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br /> COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> That the City Council hereby accepts Outlot C of the Riverstone development, contingent upon <br /> the following conditions: <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 1. The City Council gives the City the ability to execute said deed. <br /> 2. The Applicant shall record said deed with Anoka County. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 14th day of December, 2021. <br /> Mayor <br />
