Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #21-344 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br /> ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR FIRE STATION No.1 PARKING LOT <br /> IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #21-10 <br /> WHEREAS, the City proposes to overlay the pavement and improve drainage of the Fire <br /> Station No. 1 Parking Lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for <br /> improvement proj ect#21-10, Fire Station No.1 Parking Lot Improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #21-195, adopted July 27, <br /> 2021, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of advertising for <br /> bids for the same improvements. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications prepared by the <br /> City Engineer for the making of such improvements and authorizes the advertisement of <br /> bids for the same improvements as City Improvement Proj ect #21-10, Fire Station No.1 <br /> Parking Lot Improvements. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br />
