Trott Brook North Property,Ramsey Wetland Delineation Report <br /> Trott Brook North Property <br /> Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> Wetland Delineation Report <br /> L WETLAND DELINEATION SUMMARY <br /> • The 197.12-acre Trott Brook North site was inspected on June 2, 2021 for the presence <br /> and extent of wetland. <br /> • The National Wetlands Inventory (NWI) map showed two PEM 1 Af wetlands, one <br /> PEM 1 C/PFO l A/PEM l A wetland, one PEM 1 Ad/PABG wetland and one <br /> R2UBFx/PFOIA/d/PEM1Cd/PSS1A/PABG wetland complex within site boundaries. <br /> • The soil survey showed Blomford, Brickton, Isan-Isan, Marsh, and Rifle as the mapped <br /> hydric soil types within site boundaries. <br /> • The DNR Public Waters Inventory showed DNR Public Wetland 2-319W (unnamed) <br /> within site boundaries, and Trott Brook (DNR Public Ditch/Altered Natural Watercourse <br /> M-063-001.5) along the much of the south site boundary. <br /> • The National Hydrography Dataset showed one Lake/Pond surface water feature within <br /> site boundaries and one Stream/River along much of the south site boundary. <br /> • Eight (8) wetlands were delineated onsite as summarized in Table 3 on Page 6 of this <br /> report. <br /> 2. OVERVIEW <br /> The 197.12-acre Trott Brook North site was inspected on June 2, 2021 for the presence and <br /> extent of wetland. The property was located in Sections 9 & 10, Township 32 North, Range 25 <br /> West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. The site was located south of 173rd Ave NW, <br /> west of Nowthen Boulevard NW, and east of Variolite St NW (Figure 1). The property <br /> corresponded to the Anoka County PIDs listed in Table 1 on the following page. <br /> A farmstead was located in the northcentral portion of the site, and a mining area was located in <br /> the southcentral portion of the site. The majority of the site was cropland planted to corn for the <br /> 2021 growing season, and a mature pine plantation was located in the northwest portion of the <br /> site. Trott Brook was located along the south site boundary and was bordered by wooded/scrub- <br /> shrub floodplain. <br /> 2 <br />
