3.2 Groundwater <br /> Groundwater was encountered in 10 of the 12 soil borings while drilling and sampling at <br /> depths ranging from about 7 1/2 to 19 1/2 feet below the ground surface corresponding to <br /> elevations ranging from about 863 to 881 1/2 feet above mean sea level. The observed water <br /> levels while drilling and sampling are summarized in Table 1. <br /> Table 1.
