Councimember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLiTION#21-173 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTWORKSHEET <br /> OF THE TROTT BROOK NORTH DEVELOPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, on February 4, 2021, The Excelsior Group submitted an Application for <br /> Sketch Plan Review for a 270 lot residential subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410 requires projects of this size to complete a <br /> Mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet(EAW); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey has considered and directed the <br /> Applicant to prepare an EAW at their regular meeting on June 22, 2021. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE of MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes an EAW for the Trott Brook North <br /> Development EAW. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councimember <br /> Woestehoff and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councimember Riley <br /> Councimember Woestehoff <br /> Councimember Heineman <br /> Councimember Howell <br /> Councimember Musgrove <br /> Councimember Specht <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br />
