Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#22-069 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DRAINAGE AND UTILTY EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF THE <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15153 VICUNA STREET NW <br /> WHEREAS, there is a watermain line about four (4) feet north of the southern lot line of the property <br /> generally known as 15153 Vicuna Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, and legally described as: <br /> Lot 1, Block 3, Preserve at Northfork Second Addition,Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the `Subject Property'); and <br /> WHEREAS, Preserve at Northfork, LLC, the owner of the Subject Property and hereinafter referred to <br /> as "Developer", has prepared an Easement Exhibit to grant the City a drainage and utility easement (the <br /> "Easement")that is fifteen(15) feet wide along the southern lot line of the Subject Property. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the Easement from the Developer as shown in the attached <br /> Exhibit. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 22nd day of <br /> March, 2022. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
