Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#22-075 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br /> ADVERTIZEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR 2022 NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY <br /> IMPROVEMENTS,IMPROVEMENT PROJECT#22-04 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous street segments <br /> in 2022 as identified within the proposed 2022—2031 Capital Improvement Program; and. <br /> WHEREAS, funding for this improvement is proposed to come from the Pavement Management <br /> Fund and Stormwater Utility Fund with a total estimated project cost of$624,000 and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #21-194, adopted July 13, 2021, the <br /> City Council ordered the City Engineer to request proposals for Topographic Survey for proposed 2022 <br /> Pavement Management Program projects, including improvement project #22-04, 2022 Neighborhood <br /> Pavement Overlay Improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #21-224, adopted August 101h, 2021, <br /> the City Council awarded a proposal to Hakanson Anderson for Topographic Survey of the project area; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #21-306, adopted October 26, 2021, <br /> the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for improvement project <br /> #22-04, 2021 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of <br /> advertising for bids for the same improvements. <br />
