Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-078 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FOR FIRE STATION NO.1 WATER SERVICE STUB <br /> WHEREAS,the City proposes to extend a water service stub into Fire Station No.1; and <br /> WHEREAS,requests for proposals were submitted to four contractors for the purpose of obtaining <br /> quotes for completing the proposed water service stub extension; and <br /> WHEREAS, two (2) bids were received, opened, and tabulated on March 14, 2022, and the <br /> following bids were found to comply with the request for proposals; and <br /> Contractor Total Quote <br /> Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. $151800.01 <br /> One Call Contracting, Inc. $311861.00 <br /> WHEREAS, the quote of Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. in the amount of$15,800.01 for said <br /> services in accordance with the prepared proposals is the lowest responsible quote and their quote shall be <br /> and hereby is accepted. <br />
