City Attorney Knaak replied he believed it would not because the statue allows for a <br /> Councilmember to sit on the Charter Commission. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Riley, Woestehoff, Heineman, <br /> Howell, Musgrove, and Specht. Voting No: None. <br /> 6. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> None. <br /> 7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> 7.01: Adopt Ordinance #22-13 Vacating Drainage and Utility Easements at 5280 1611t Ave <br /> NW <br /> Deputy City Administrator/Community Dev. Director Hagen reviewed the staff report stating this <br /> ordinance was introduced at the meeting on February 22, 2022. The request is for adoption of the <br /> ordinance. He stated this ordinance includes a variance that was accepted by the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to waive the Charter <br /> requirement to read the ordinance aloud and adopt Ordinance #22-13 Vacating Drainage and <br /> Utility Easements at 5280 161 st Ave NW. <br /> A roll call vote was performed: <br /> Councilmember Heineman aye <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br /> Councilmember Specht aye <br /> Councilmember Musgrove aye <br /> Councilmember Howell aye <br /> Councilmember Riley aye <br /> Mayor Kuzma aye <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 7.02: Consider Request for Sketch Plan, Zoning Amendment, and Comprehensive Plan <br /> Amendment,Related to a Proposal Second School Campus for PACT Charter School <br /> on the Property Located at 7633 161St Ave NW (Project No. 22-107); Case of PACT <br /> Charter School <br /> Senior Planner Anderson reviewed the staff report. He stated that a couple of letters from residents <br /> came in after the agenda was updated so hard copies were available and included in the public <br /> record. He stated the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Comprehensive Plan <br /> Amendment and Zoning Amendment, contingent upon an approved Preliminary Plat.
