These are temporary internships <br />working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. <br />Salary is $15.00 to $18.00/hour depending on qualifications. Minimum <br />qualifications include: Candidates being at least 18 years old or older; possess <br />a valid MN driver's license; current college student pursuing a Civil <br />Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field degree or recently <br />graduated. Deadline to apply is 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, 2022 <br />• Parks Maintenance Worker (Up to 7-Months): Seeking one (1) individual to <br />assist our Parks staff with general maintenance of city -owned parks and trail <br />systems. This is temporary full-time AFSCME union position lasting up to 7- <br />months. Responsibilities park maintenance, construction of new facilities & <br />the operation of equipment while working in a variety of weather conditions. <br />This individual also assists staff with several City events. All candidates must <br />be at least 18 years old or older and possess a valid MN commercial driver's <br />license (Class A or B) with both air brake & tanker endorsements. This <br />position is subject to DOT random drug & alcohol testing. The 2022 wage is <br />$19.511/hour. These are <br />temporary, non -union positions working forty (40) hours per week, Monday <br />through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. All applicants must be at least 17 by <br />June 1, 2022. The wage is $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on <br />qualifications. Application period is open until all positions have been <br />filled, interviews will be conducted weekly.
