The property is generally located at <br />tht: southeast corner of Sunwood Drive and Ramsey Boulevard NW. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />b) <br />c) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Site plan <br />City Staff review letter dated September 27, 2005 <br /> <br />No ti fica rio n: <br /> <br />Site Plans do not require a public hearing. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Sharp and Associates are proposing to construct an addition to the existing Intech Corporation <br />building located at 7180 Sunwood Drive, legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. Energy Park <br />3''d Addition. This property is zoned E-2 Employment District, and office/warehousing space is <br />permitted in this district. <br /> <br />The proposed addition conforms to all setbacks and lot coverage requirements. <br /> <br />Building materials are satisfactory and consist of a variety of materials and textures such as <br />smooth and rock face block and pre-cast panels. The proposed addition conforms well to the <br />existing structure. <br /> <br />The landscaping plan outlines a variety of different types and sizes of trees, and conforms to all <br />landscaping requirements. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />(',ity Stat'f recommends site plan approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review <br />Letter dated September 27, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />
