The Developer would like to have 25-foot comer side yard set, back for two <br />lots. The applicant is asking for this consideration due to neighborhood design considerations <br />and to make up for the loss of nearly 14 acres being given to the City for the future <br />Mississippi River Bridge crossing. <br /> <br />The PUD ordinance requires that the development have either 20% public open space or 50% <br />private and open space. The development is dedicating 4.26 acres of public park, but that is only <br />2.2% o1' the land.
