The <br /> surroumling land use is zoned residential and rural reserve on the north and northeast sides. To the southeast is the <br /> Town Center. On the west and northwest sides, the area is zoned for a Planned Unit Development (multi~use - <br /> residential and commercial). US Highway 10 runs along the south border of the project site, and to the south of the <br /> highway tim land is zoned residential. <br /> <br /> A Praise I Environmental Site Assessment was conducted by American Engineering Testing, Inc., dated October 7, <br /> 2004.
