Bring <br />your family and friends and help us fill the <br />spring sky with colorful kites! <br />You are welcome to bring your own kite or you <br />can register for a kite kit online and build it <br />yourself at the park! Kite decorating supplies <br />will be provided. Kite building kits can be <br />picked up and decorated between 10:00am - <br />11:00am on the day of the event. <br />IlRegistratian is required to reserve a kite <br />building kit. The cost per kit is $5. To secure a <br />kite kit, registration is required by April 18. <br />Location. Elmcrest Park <br />16303 Quicksilver St NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />Date.
