Future park and trail improvement projects will have the funding source identified within the Capital Improvement
Program —which in the instance of this community park, will be primarily the Park Trust Fund, which includes fees
associated with new residential development across Ramsey.
Recommendation:
Staff welcomes comment on any level of park planning and design as the city considers this proposed subdivision
and dedication of community park space —and further would note, that most actual park development would occur
two to five + years into the future, after such time as City Council would approve the Final Plat for Trott Brook
Crossing. There is no specific recommendation at this time, as this case is informational.
Action:
Based upon discussion/No action required.
Attachments
Community Park Distribution Map
West side cost estimates
East side cost estimates
Barn and farm house renovation cost estimates
Community Park investment comparison
Small business opportunity diagram
Pre Plat Rendering
Phasing Plan
Form Review
inbox
Reviewed By
Date
Grant Riemer
MaryJo Warner
04/08/2022 11:33 AM
Mark Riverblood (Originator)
Mark Riverblood
04/08/2022 11:41 AM
Grant Riemer
Grant Riemer
04/08/2022 01:35 PM
Form Started By: Mark Riverblood
Started On: 03/14/2022 09:46 AM
Final Approval Date: 04/08/2022
