SUMMARY Thc tbllowing official summary of Ordinance #05-24 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramscy as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. it is thc intent and effect of Ordinance #05-24 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to: · C]arif~ that in the Rural Developing zoning district, properties established through lot clustering are restricted to one (1) driveway per street frontage while properties that were established under the rufal standards are permitted two (2) driveways. ° Correct thc R-1 Rural Developing bulk standards in regard to lot size, width, and setbacks.
