(km nc il m em bet Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-09-287 <br /> <br />I/ESOI,UTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />I'AYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />I'ERI¢)D OF AUGUST 13, 2005 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 06, 2005. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of August 13, 2005 through September 06, <br />2005, in lhe amount of $779,349.50; and <br /> <br /> W l I EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) <br /> <br />'l'hat the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />amhorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br />/'or the pcriod August 13, 2005, through September 06, 2005 in the amount of <br />$779,349.50. <br /> <br />q'hc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />t.;lvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />(?ouncilmember Cook <br />(k)uncihncmber Elvig <br />('.ouncilmember Jeffrey <br />Councihnember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />(;ouncihnember Strommen <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />~OllC <br /> <br />and thc tbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />~olle <br /> <br />and thc tbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
