He hoped that the <br /> Commission considered approval of the actions before it tonight so that PACT can continue to <br /> meet the needs of the students and families in Ramsey. <br /> Commissioner Peters asked if there would be enough parking for sporting events. He stated that <br /> currently when there are games,people are parked on the side of the roads and in many different ' <br /> places. <br /> Mr. Fincher stated that this is a sketch plan and therefore early in the process,therefore a detailed <br /> analysis has not been done for parking needs. He stated that there is a benefit to having a shared <br /> parking agreement with the future church development as that would provide,additional parking <br /> for those events. <br /> Commissioner Anderson asked for more information on other schools in residential areas. <br /> Mr. Fincher provided two examples of charter schools recently constructed within residential <br /> settings in Brooklyn Park and white Bear Lake. He stated that he could provide additional <br /> p .: <br /> examples if desired. <br /> Commissioner Anderson commented that he would be interested in seeing the expanded list. She commented on the traffic <br /> implications as well as the problems that will arise from noise and lighting. She stated that this lot <br /> would be completely built out from the beginning which would not create opportunity for future <br /> expansion. <br /> Danielle Holder, 7826 161 s' Avenue NW, stated that residents were given seven re days to are <br /> p p <br /> for this9 meeting.
