City Administrator Ulrich repeated it was moved to the west to all the districts on the far south <br /> east. <br /> Councilmember Musgrove asked if that was in version two and version three. <br /> City Administrator Ulrich confirmed this. <br /> The consensus of the Council was to have polling places at City Hall for both Ward Three,Precinct <br /> One, and Ward Three, Precinct Three, and to have a polling place at the Public Works building for <br /> Ward Three Precinct Two. A supplemental City mailing would be sent to residents in precincts <br /> with changes to their polling place in addition to advertising for elections. <br /> 3.
