RECEIVED <br />APR 14 2022 <br />Commissioner Gengler introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-066 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CITY <br />SERVICES AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br />RECITALS <br />1. Josh Hunt, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee", has properly applied for a <br />Variance to city services with the intention of constructing a single-family dwelling <br />(the "Building") on a private septic and well system (the "System") on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br />THE SW1/4 OF NE1/4 OF SEC 3 TWP 32 RGE 25, EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE <br />OF REC, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />2. That the Permittee appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />pursuant to Section 117-53 of the Ramsey City Code on March 24, 2022 and that the <br />public hearing was properly advertised. <br />3. That the Subject Property is zoned R-1 Residential (MUSA) and is approximately <br />39.94 acres in size. <br />4. That the surrounding parcels to the west are zoned R-1 Residential (Rural Developing), <br />properties to the north and east are zoned R-1 Residential (MUSA), and properties to <br />the south of the Subject Property are zoned R-1 Residential (MUSA) and R-2 <br />Residential. <br />5. That the surrounding parcels range in size from about 3.13 acres to 40.22 acres. <br />6. That the Permittee is proposing dimensions of approximately forty feet wide and fifty <br />feet deep (40' x 50') for the proposed Building. <br />7. That the Permittee is proposing to construct the proposed Building at the southwest <br />area of the parcel. <br />8. That residential dwellings are a permitted use in the R-1 Residential (MUSA) zoning <br />district. <br />9. That surrounding properties of the Subject Property are on private wells and septic <br />systems. <br />10.
