Director Hagen reviewed the staff report stating this <br />ordinance was introduced at the meeting on February 22, 2022. The request is for adoption of the <br />ordinance. He stated that a couple of letters from residents <br />came in after the agenda was updated so hard copies were available and included in the public <br />record. He stated the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment and Zoning Amendment, contingent upon an approved Preliminary Plat.
