Councilmember Heineman aye <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br /> Councilmember Specht aye <br /> Councilmember Musgrove aye <br /> Councilmember Howell aye <br /> Councilmember Riley aye <br /> Mayor Kuzma aye <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 7.04: Consider Resolution Establishing Precinct Boundary Lines and Polling Places for the <br /> City of Ramsey <br /> City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the Staff report and recommendation to approve the resolution <br /> establishing precinct boundary lines and polling places for the City of Ramsey. He noted residents <br /> will be provided information on the changes. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Howell, seconded by Councilmember Woestehoff, to adopt <br /> Resolution 422-060 Establishing Precinct Boundary Lines and Polling Places for the City of <br /> Ramsey. <br /> A roll call vote was performed: <br /> Councilmember Heineman aye <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br /> Councilmember Specht aye <br /> Councilmember Musgrove aye <br /> Councilmember Howell aye <br /> Councilmember Riley aye <br /> Mayor Kuzma aye <br /> Motion carried <br /> 7.05: City Attorney Report <br /> City Attorney Knaak stated he is giving a report on the directive he was given to conduct an <br /> investigation with respect to certain processes that were going on related to the Charter <br /> Commission members. He stated he was able to do a reasonable investigation with the information <br /> he had available, although he thought he could do more if directed by the Council. He reported <br /> the following conclusions: <br /> 1. There was no improper conduct or culpable negligence that occurred in the manner in which <br /> the issue was dealt with by the City Staff.
