Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#22-069 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DRAINAGE AND UTILTY EASEMENT OVER A <br /> PORTION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15153 VICUNA STREET NW <br /> WHEREAS, there is a watermain line about four(4) feet north of the southern lot line of <br /> the property generally known as 15153 Vicuna Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, and legally <br /> described as: <br /> Lot 1, Block 3, Preserve at Northfork Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the <br /> `Subject Property'); and <br /> WHEREAS, Preserve at Northfork, LLC, the owner of the Subject Property and <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Developer", has prepared an Easement Exhibit to grant the City a <br /> drainage and utility easement (the "Easement") that is fifteen (15) feet wide along the southern <br /> lot line of the Subject Property. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the Easement from the Developer as shown <br /> in the attached Exhibit. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br />
