Councilmember ............. introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #22-100 <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REPLACEMENT QCTV BOARD MEMBER <br /> WHEREAS, City Administrator Kurt Ulrich is currently servings a City of Ramsey board member on <br /> Quad Cities Cable Communications Commission(QCTV); and <br /> WHEREAS, Dr. Ulrich's employment with the City of Ramsey will end on May 6, 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS, Councilmember Dan Specht was selected, by City Council consensus, to serve in Dr. <br /> Ulrich's place through December 31, 2022. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) Motion to adopt resolution#22-100 to appoint Councilmember Dan Specht to fulfill Dr. Kurt <br /> Ulrich's remaining term as a board member on Quad Cities Cable Communications Commission, <br /> effectively May 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ................, <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26thth day of <br /> April, 2022. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br />
