CC Regular Session 5. 7. <br /> Meeting Date: 04/26/2022 <br /> By: Brian McCann, Community <br /> Development <br /> Information <br /> Title <br /> Adopt Resolution#22-092 Accepting Additional Drainage and Utility Easement Over a Portion of 6700 Bunker <br /> Lake Blvd NW; Case of Tom Holker <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> Tom Holker(the "Applicant") applied for an Administrative Plat to shift the northern boundary of 6700 Bunker <br /> Lake Blvd NW(the "Subject Property") for the platted and unplatted portions,with the purpose of encompassing <br /> all impervious surfacing onsite. The Applicant also provided an Easement Exhibit with proposed ten(10) foot wide <br /> drainage and utility easement on the currently unplatted boundaries of the Subject Property. <br /> Notification: <br /> Notification is not required for this request. <br /> Observations/Alternatives: <br /> The Administrative Plat proposes a seventy-two (72) foot extension to the north that would retain all current <br /> impervious surfacing on a single parcel. While there are no proposed improvements at this time,the Administrative <br /> Plat will eliminate the existing encroachment of the parking lot extending beyond the parcel boundary.
