Next week, drivers will experience traffic <br />shifts on Hwy 10 between Thurston Ave. and Ferry St. and additional closures to Hwy 10 access and local roads. All <br />construction activities and traffic impacts are weather permitting and subject to change. <br />A friendly reminder to drivers traveling in and around Anoka this weekend: Hwy 10 will close in both directions between Hwy <br />47/Ferry St. and 7th Ave. from 10 p.m. tomorrow, April 29, to 5 a.m. Mon, May 2. During the weekend closure, crews will be <br />removing and replacing utilities under Hwy 10 near 4th Ave. <br />Drivers will be detoured to use Hwy 610, 1-94 and Hwy 101. <br />Residents in the area should be aware that crews will be working 24-hours a day during the weekend and may experience <br />some noise, lights and vibrations. <br />Crews will be monitoring the forecast and will make a decision by tomorrow morning if the weekend closure needs to be <br />postponed due to weather. <br />Hwy 10 and Thurston Avenue/Cutters Grove Avenue intersection <br />impacts May 2-5 <br />Beginning Mon, May 2 through Thu, May 5, drivers will not be able to make left turns to/from the Hwy 10 and Thurston <br />Ave./Cutters Grove Ave. intersection or cross Hwy 10 at Thurston Ave./Cutters Grove Ave. <br />Drivers on westbound Hwy 10 should continue on westbound Hwy 10 to Armstrong Blvd. and get back on eastbound Hwy 10 <br />to Cutters Grove Ave. <br />Drivers on eastbound Hwy 10 should continue on eastbound Hwy 10 to Ferry St. and get back on westbound Hwy 10 to <br />Thurston Ave. <br />During the closure, crews will be installing the temporary traffic signals at the intersection that will be used throughout the <br />remainder of the construction season. <br />West Main Street/Greenhaven Road to eastbound Hwy 10 ramp closes <br />May 2 <br />I. <br />
