This is temporary full-time AFSCME union <br />position lasting up to 7-months. Responsibilities park maintenance, <br />construction of new facilities & the operation of equipment while working <br />in a variety of weather conditions. This individual also assists staff with <br />several City events. All candidates must be at least 18 years old or older <br />and possess a valid MN commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with <br />both air brake & tanker endorsements. This position is subject to DOT <br />random drug & alcohol testing. The 2022 wage is $19.511/hour. <br />Deadline to apply has been changed to open until filled. Apply <br />immediately if interested. <br />• Seasonal Maintenance Workers: Seeking a number of individuals to <br />work alongside of our Public Works staff with the general maintenance of <br />streets, park grounds, trails, buildings, and related facilities and <br />equipment. These are temporary, non -union positions working forty (40) <br />hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. All <br />applicants must be at least 17 by June 1, 2022. The wage is $13.00 to <br />$15.00 per hour, depending on qualifications. Application period is <br />open until all positions have been filled, interviews will be <br />conducted weekly.
