CC Special Work Session <br /> Meeting Date: 05/05/2022 <br /> iii Title: <br /> Discuss Finalists for the City Administrator Position <br /> Purpose/Background: <br /> The purpose of this discussion is for the City Council to select the City of Ramsey's next City Administrator. <br /> Background: <br /> Following second interviews, staff was directed to advance Mr. Mark Korin and Mr. Brian Hagen on to participate <br /> in a Leadership Assessment. The assessments were conducted by Dr.Norma DiLorenzo, Psy.D. at Martin <br /> McAllister, Consulting Psychologists, Inc. Both candidates participated(separately) in an online portion of the <br /> assessment, one-on-one personal interviews with the doctor, and role playing/in-basket assignments that mirror <br /> situations the candidate would encounter on the job. In summary, both candidates met the criteria to be <br /> recommended for hire. <br /> Next Steps: <br /> Based on Council feedback this evening, the City Attorney will contact the selected candidate and begin contract <br /> negotiations.
