Councilmember Heineman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #22-048 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BOTH A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY <br />KNOWN AS 7060 143RD AVENUE NW AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Viking Mold Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has applied for <br />a Building Permit to construct a 7,550 square foot addition to their existing building, along with <br />other site improvements, including enlarging the paved area (cumulatively, the "Building <br />Addition") on the property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 2 Gateway North Industrial Park, together with that part of Lot 2 said <br />Block lying northerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the <br />West lineof said Lot 2, 100 feet south of northwest corner thereof, thence <br />southeasterly to a point on East line of said Lot 2, 135 feet south of northeast corner <br />of said Lot 2 & said line there terminating, excluding road and subject to easements <br />of record <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant applied for a Building Permit for the Building Addition on <br />January 27, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, T & C Enterprises L.L.C. is the fee title owner of the Subject Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Building Addition requires a Development Agreement and Stormwater <br />Maintenance Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed both the Development Agreement and the <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement on February 22, 2022. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement related to the Building <br />Addition, contingent upon review as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Stormwater Maintenance Agreement related to <br />Building Addition on the Subject Property, contingent upon: <br />a) Review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney; and <br />b) Review and approval of final Civil Plans and agreement by the City Engineer. <br />
