WHEREAS, the bid of North Valley, of Nowthen, Minnesota, in the amount of <br /> $732,929.10 for the total bid for construction of the improvements in accordance with the <br /> approved plans and specifications and advertisement for bids, is the lowest responsible bidder <br /> and their bid shall be and hereby is accepted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1.) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of <br /> the City of Ramsey. <br /> 2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to accept Hakanson Anderson's <br /> proposal for construction staking for said improvements for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Ramsey. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 1 Oth day of May, 2022. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Resolution #22-103 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
