Letter of Transmittal

Landmark Community Bank originally started as Bank of Isanti in t 899. Many
things have changed including the name, but the foCUs, has always been on the
communities. Today Landmark has three branches and employs over 40 residents
of the communities we are in which includes; Isanti, Ramsey and Vadnais
Heights.

Landmark Bank is a full service bank for both consumers and businesses. We
offer a wide variety of competitive products and services that will meet the needs
of those who live in our communities. In the past few months Landmark have
been awarded the status of preferred lender with the SBA. Landmark can thus
tmderwrite and approval loans internally as an agent of the SBA. This saves time
for the climate in obtaining loan approvals.

In addition to meeting the needs of our customers, we are dedicated to supporting
our communities by donations and employee involvement. In the past year the
bank has been involved with local Chambers and Rotary's, supported the local
high schools, Lions clubs. We have made numerous donations to local families in
need due to a tragedy, and make annual donations to churches that bank with us.
The bank continues to sponsor local parades, the Refuge, and recentlY raiSed over
$10,000.00 for the relief aid for the victims of Hurricane Katrina through the
employees, board members with a matching contribution by the bank.

Per the request of the proposal outline, the following emploYees are approved to
submit proposals on behalf of the bank.
